All the staff at this location were so kind to my injured three-year-old and to my husband and me. The doctor and the x-ray tech/triage technician were both very professional and and just so nice. Went above and beyond. Really helped make a stressful situation much better. We are grateful.

This was the best location and experience I’ve ever had with the MD Now chain. They were very thorough and Dr. Magee explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed or like another “quota”. I would make the drive to come here again even though I have one around the corner from my house.

I wish to compliment the staff at the office located at 195 N. Federal Hgwy, Ft. Lauderdale for services rendered on 1/7/20, in particular Ha'ani S. and Samanta C. for going beyond the call of duty to expedite my pre-op clearance for an emergency eye surgery. If they were not persistent in their efforts and that of their medical coordinator, I very likely would not have had the surgery to save my sight in the affected eye. I live in St. Thomas and the urgency of the matter was paramount. I would also like to thank the nurse on duty (Eboni?) for her words of encouragement. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The process of filling out the forms, then waiting in your car can be a bit frustrating but understandable. Once inside the process is really fast and everyone is wearing gloves and masks!

When I came to this Greenacres location hurt with cut fingers and an injured knee I was greeted kindly and professionally by the Receptionist and was presented a clean waiting room . Finished my paperwork and was takin into a PR in less than 20 total of my visit there . The Nurse Jessica G. was very clear kind and courteous , she made the care really feel personal like I was family there and Doctor Corrales treated me with the upmost respect t and courtesy answered every single question with patience and precision and I couldn’t be happier with my care . I went to this urgent care today with my partner. He had quite an embarrassing hand injury. (He hurt himself mixing frozen ground beef.)Every one of the staff were very caring and efficient. From the front girls to the PA. The place was very clean and everyone was wearing a mask. Except one of the girls had it on her chin. But she wasnt taking care of anyone so it wasnt much of a concern. We got there around 9 AM and we were out of there by 10:30. The wait in the waiting room was very short. No insurance, but the price was very affordable. I do recommend this place for anyone that may have an urgent injury or may have covid-19. They take care of that too,we were turned away from a different clinic due to a slight fever. Glad we came here instead.
