My sister in law brought my daughter in but we didn’t know that without a parent she couldn’t be immediately seen. The front desk girl Suset went out of her way to help us in getting the correct things sent over so that my daughter could be treated for her cold- due to work there is no way I could of taken her in. She was extremely patient and made a lasting impression because both my sister in law and daughter remembered her by name and told me how sweet and helpful she was, she even kept my daughter entertained by talking about Disney with her (my daughter’s favorite). Good job MD Now for hiring such good staff! We will definitely be switching over from Baptist for all of our future Urgent Care needs & letting our friends know about you. Went for the COVID-19 testing. We had to fortune of getting the best Dr. she very gently.

Everyone was very nice and helpful and my stay was a short one.

Yesterday the USPS person took extra care and knocked hard and rang bell twice. This was very important package and I would have missed it had the USPS not gone the extra steps to ensure package delivered. The package contains live animals so it was critical to get shelter and care for them ASAP. High praise and thank you for professional work!

Kind and well-trained professionals at MD Now Urgent Care. I went for the Vaccine, and was done in about 45 minutes. A great location, atmosphere and nice people at MD Now. I'm a generally healthy person, so I don't visit medical clinics, but this one was great. I give them two thumbs up! Thanks for the service!

It was very crowded today and the two girls that are in the front office handled the crowd beautifully. They were kind and courteous and maintain a sense of humor. The wait was very long but certainly not anyone’s fault it is the times we are living in

I saw Joelle colon during my last visit, and WOW. She was so professional and knowledgeable! She was super quick to identify the problem but didn’t make me feel like she was rushing me. She was extremely efficient and she is the only reason I will continue to go back to Md now. Highly recommend!!!!
