Urgent Care facilities are typically not known for hospitality and pleasant experiences, however Sylvia was so warm and helpful at this location that it made me feel like I was at home talking with my own mother! It was quite the pleasant surprise.

From the kind, positive young woman who checked us in, the first nurse, the doctor, and especially a nurse named Cesar—they treated my daughter with patience and respect. What wonderful humans. Very fast check in. Receptionist was friendly. Called in to do Covid test in less than 5 minutes. Nurses were very friendly. Just wish they offered rapid tests. Realized after visit I would have to wait for results. But will definitely be back for urgent care needs

Where do i start? First, clean, quiet, friendly environment. Complimentary water and people smile at you. Second, no long wait and competent care. Every staff member i encouncountered from desk to doctor, i had confidence in. I was treated with respect and kindness. And i left feeling better than when i had arrived. A plus operation.
