I gave the place 5 stars just because the front desk receptionist (Cabrinaa)was as kind and as patient as Job, despite being the only person there to assist patients. They need to give the woman a raise! A big one!

As someone that works as a manager in retail I believe it is most important to rate my moms most recent visit to this location. My mom and I were on vacation visiting family. She had just had less then two weeks ago a hernia operation. She was unsettled about some discomfort she was experiencing and we wanted to make sure everything was okay. Our entire experience was top notch! We were greeted with a smile, walked into our room with humor and had a very professional nice doctor. Friendly staff, seen timely and treated timely. Cut my lip and required stitches. In and out within an hour.

All the work staff very professional, starting with the front desk staff. They have a very nice work environment where the patient feels as if they are in their own home

Great experience. Everyone was wonderful from the reception to the doctor. I was seen right away and felt comfortable that they had diagnosed the issue correctly. The next day I actually received a phone call to see how I was doing. How amazing is that! Great customer service. Great medical care. This is my go to place from now on!

Clean, fast and friendly!

I was taken almost immediately. Was in and out quickly without feeling rushed. Everyone was friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. Would definitely recommend to others and use them again when needed.

I went to urgent care because my sciatica and lower back pain were shooting so strongly, and hitting my nerves. The prescribed medication from my pcp was not strong enough to treat my condition. Every single person at the office from the front desk, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, and doctor was professional, efficient, and exuded a genuinely warm personality. They listened attentively, were sensitive to my needs, and addressed what I needed comfortably. The place was also clean, and the wait time was less than 5 minutes on a Saturday evening. There was one patient who came out when I arrived, one who went in before me, as I was filling out the paperwork, 2 patients waiting after me, and another walk-in who arrived after me. My wait time was about 5 minutes, and I believe I was in & out in less than 15 minutes, or at least it definitely felt like it! I'm so happy to have found the perfect urgent care facility literally across the street of where I live! The medication I received worked perfectly, and I'm back to normal with the perfect medication available to me, as needed. Thank you guys!!!

Earlier this month on Oct 13, I had an accident with my left wrist that need urgent attention. Five star rating because of Miss Cheryl, Period! She is the RadiologyTechnician and offered a perfect amount care & was Very efficient, poised, patient, gentle and kind. Thank you Cheryl for making a difference in my experience at your facility.

Awesome service very friendly and got me in and out very quickly

Been here twice within the past 4 months and each time the staff was courteous, helpful, and waited on me with a sense of urgency. I will recommend them to my friends and family in the future.
