All of the staff were pleasant and professional. The Medical Assistant was very kind, and explained the procedure (ear irrigation) to me beforehand because I told him that I was a little nervous. The physician was also very nice and knowledgeable. He gave me some tips on preventative care as well. All around, a great experience. Thank you!

(Went in around 930 am and it got crowded after that on a Monday morning) Update: Went a few weeks later again on a Sunday and Dr. Jackson & the rest of her weekend staff were again excellent. They took me in even though I arrived only shortly before their closing (again, my apologies) and had just as great of service! Very uplifitng attitudes, energetic, and polite! Knowledgeable and courteous in explaining medical issues! Thank you!

Great Physicians, Staff promt service

Clean and efficient....I was seen by the doctor within 15 minutes of arrival....

I came with my toddler who had a bad cough and breathing problems right wgen they opened. We had no waiting time, everybody was really nice and gentle with him, they took their time to examine him thoroughly to make sure what exactly is going on, we got a prescription that helped him get better immediately and a detailed instruction on how to observe the cough and what to do in which case. I couldn't have asked for more! Thank you very much for taking such good care of my kid!!
