While traveling for work this week it became clear I’d need to have an inner-ear pain looked at before getting on an airplane for home. I stopped by MD Now with low expectations, based on previous medical office visits while away from home, and those expectations were not met. The front desk gal, I interacted with, was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The PA that worked with me was efficient, quick and professional. The wait, I’ll never understand the wait between the PA and the Doc visit, but I’ve also learned I don’t know what I don’t know and everybody job has more to it than what I see from my soft waiting chair. Anyway, the Doc was solid, again quick, professional and efficient. He took the time to be sure he had the information necessary and they all worked to be my script would go to a pharmacy near my hotel. In short - good people, clean organized office, great job.

I recommended this MDNow location. The registrars are very polite and explain everything clearly. The wait time can be a little slow in the early evening but I guess its because everyone comes in after work. Medical staff are thorough and make sure they explain what they are doing and why. They make sure you understand everything before you leave.

My experience in MD NOW was very good. The young man that attended me at the desk was very kind. The place was very clean and professional. The doctor who did my COVID-19 test was very professional and kind.

Well not the first time I visit this clinic and I always have good experience with them! I want to mention specifically Stephanie from the front desk as she is always smiling alway take her time to explain and help with any request, clean facility friendly stuff .

By far the best experience I’ve had at a Urgent Care. From the beginning they were all very patient with my hearing impairment. I appreciate the kindness from the receptionist to StephAne who called in my prescription for my painfully itchy allergic reaction to being bite by a gang of mosquitoes at Virginia Key. Len Let is a pure gem. Biggest heart Dr Ballarini is an amazing doctor who knew exactly how to help me and was super patient with me which is what I needed. Thank you all so much for taking care of me.

Best urgent care experience to date! The staff is beyond courteous. Very clean environment. Great experience! Update 2/16/2021 I have now been here at least 4 times with my kids and I have had a wonderful experience each time. I really can’t say enough about their wonderful staff.
