It was really a good feeling to enter the Urgent Care not feeling well but was met with a clean atmosphere and a friendly face at check-in Staff was pleasant and attended to my needs with great concern, care and professionalism. Fabulous Urgent Care center. I was able to schedule an appointment online and check in when I arrived. The staff was so friendly and accessible!!! All the rooms, from the waiting room to the examination rooms were very clean. They had an x-ray machine on site. I was seen on time, and I must say, everyone was so pleasant. They even called me today to check up on me. Wow!!! This was a great find!!!!

At 5am I easily scheduled a Covid test online. I biked to the location where there was lots parking for cars and some poles to lock up bikes. Staff was very pleasant and helpful from the minute I walked in. Facility was clean and there was ample seating. Was out in 10 minutes with a very positive vibe. Making an appointment allows for less wait time. Highly recommend.

The people I met were friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor did all that he had to to diagnose and treat my problem. If I need urgent care again, definitely going back to this office.

My son and I had an excellent experience at the Parkland/Coral Springs location. Our wait time was minimal and the staff was knowledgeable, thorough, and very nIce. I would highly recommend MD Now.
