Happy 4th of July

From beginning to end everybody was friendly. They took care of me in a timely manner and my doctor was funny while professional and did a great job he has wonderful bedside manner I give my experience a five star

The office staff was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. The medical technician was very professional. The woman doctor really knew her stuff and wanted to ensure all my questions were answered concerning the diagnosis and the medication. Everyone made me feel very comfortable.

I have never been to this Urgent Care location. Well, I have been two times only to Urgent Care facilities in my life, but here the people were very nice, friendly and patiently explaining everything and give me the answers to all my questions and concerns....although I can only imagine how many times they have been asked the same thing over and over again. I brought my wife because of her severe cough that kept her up most of the night. The receptionist told us the wait would be at least one and a half hours and we decided to wait. Every person we talked to - from the receptionist up to the doctor were extremely nice, understanding and concerned. In the future, if we have urgent care needs, we will be back.

My experience at MD now was seamless. I had fallen and thought I sprained my wrist, but after a week of distress I went for x-rays. As I suspected it was more than a sprain, it was broken. The nurse was very well educated and helpful. The doctor, Dr. Swanson, was totally on point with his diagnosis verified by the x-rays. Within 45 minutes I was tended to and out the door with a splint and sling,. A referral for an orthopedist and my prescription was also called in to my pharmacy. The level of care is A+ at the Royal Palm Beach MD Now. Thank you all!
