Took my fiancee after not feeling well. Everyone in the office was professional and caring. Took us about 45 mins in and out and I would definitely considering going back in the future. Thank you everyone!

First time utilizing any urgent care for my little one. I was on the fence since she’s has seen the same pediatrician for her entire life. Yet everything change once Dr Crespo entered the room, he’s an amazing Doctor. He spends his time and listens to the concern and interacts with the patient. What an amazing bedside manners. He’s caring and very knowledgeable and gives the best medical care. As of today and on, if any family members including myself feel sick this is the urgent care and doctor I will see!!!

Came in today desperate without being able to breathe, not covid, alone and I cannot thank this office enough for helping me feel taken care of, safe, and a part of the family. Tony Stark, Landy, Dr. Mercedes, and EVERYONE in the office went above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as possible while I'm sick. They got me in within 5 minutes, the doctor was quick, thoughtful, and listened. The staff called me back when I had questions. They explained everything to me patiently and with kindness. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes and treated the way I would hope someone would take care of anyone in my family if I couldn't go to the doctor with them. A caring, knowledgeable, and efficient staff. Shout out to Tony Stark for calling me back twice when I had follow-up questions! Did I mention they were patient? Will be recommending it whenever anyone needs urgent care.

I like the place; it's very convenient; you don't need appointments; they accept almost any health insurance.

Fast and friendly as always. I had a problem with a blockage in my ear. They knew what to do. Did it quickly and sent me on my way. I couldn't be more satisfied.

This facility is very nice. Here from out of state and needed medical care. Walked in was seen with 20 minutes. Staff extremely kind and helpful. Nurse practitioner was caring and was able to take care of my issue. Highly recommend MD Now Urgent Care!!

Now I just have to say I’m not a big fan of any hospital setting but what I experienced on Thursday was just Amazing. The front desk workers were so sweet and amazing. Now when it came to the medical workers I have to say they are fantastic. The Gentleman that called me back is such a pure heart. I can tell he works to serve are community and not just for a paycheck. This young man is hilarious, while calling me back he greeted everyone that was waiting in the lobby with a warm Aloha. Now that was pretty cute. I was feeling a bit down that day I was going through a handful The young gentleman sat me down in the room, Just at that moment I knew that I was at good hands. He let me know that there was nothing to worry about and that he will do his best to insure that I was at ease. While the young men took my blood pressure, He cracked a couple a cute jokes and even offered me water. Then when he exited the rooms the last thing that came out his mouth is what really made me realize that there are still good hearted people out in this world. He completely changed my day. I was still a bit anxious due to being in a medical environment but, because of the way this wonderful gentleman treated me it calmed me down and even change my entire day. I wish I remembered his name I know his name had a K in it but I can’t completely remember. If I had to recommend a place to go when it comes to urgent care I suggest going to MD Now. Or at least the Midtown location . Thank you for the amazing experience the doctors, the front desk workers and especially that young gentleman that gave me such great care.

MDNow handled my emergency walk in appointment efficiently and professionally. The nurse and the doctor were kind and knowledgeable. They could not have treated me any better.
