Love Doctor Yo! He is so nice and has never made me feel bad or stupid when I tey to explain my symptoms. He always seems to care. The staff has always been kind and patient as well.

At 5am I easily scheduled a Covid test online. I biked to the location where there was lots parking for cars and some poles to lock up bikes. Staff was very pleasant and helpful from the minute I walked in. Facility was clean and there was ample seating. Was out in 10 minutes with a very positive vibe. Making an appointment allows for less wait time. Highly recommend.

I had a excellent experience at this location for a Covid test I was a walk in with treated very nice little bit long of a wait but that can be inspected I did not have an appointment very informative woman who did the test was very nice my results were in within 48 Hours Pl. was clean social distancing and masks were worn by all I couldn’t ask for more easier place to go

On July 14, 2022, I needed services from urgent care. I went to two other facilities first. The first location no longer had urgent care. I went to another MD now, however, I didn't like the vibe, and was crowded, and the Holy Spirit kept telling me to leave and go to this location so I did. Well, that was the best decision ever! I came in, and was met with two amazing Black receptionist. I did not have my health insurance because I just recently started a new job, and am waiting for them to send the card. I was open to paying out of pocket because of that, but the receptionist stated "no, let us find you in the system!" Wow, I was so happy about the proactive approach to help me cover cost. She was able to find me, in the system, so I had a small co-pay. That's just the beginning of my fantastic service. I only waited for about 15 mins to be seen by the doctor, which again, super happy! :) I met with the staff, they took my vitals quickly. The doctor on staff that day is all about business and that's my type of requirement for service! Bisma Shah PA-C was quick and her diagnosis was so on point! I was in and out no more than 30 mins. She provided me with a script, (I only waiting for my meds at Publix for 15 minutes which is new for me too) and after a week of services my symptoms have all cleared up thanks to the wonderful team! I struggled to let people know about this location as its a best care secret, however, it would be beneath me as a mental health professional to not allow others access to proper and adequate care as that's part of my advocacy! I highly recommend others to go to this specific location, should you desire top tier urgent care! When a Black woman says she needs access to adequate care, this is what we mean!!! Thank you so much :)

The staff, from reception to the P.A. were welcoming and kind. Although I was so sick they made me feel good. They were patient and attentive with me. The P.A. was genuinely caring and had great bedside manner. I was really happy with my experience.
