Was able to be seen quickly and obtain a PCR test while there for a suspected ear infection. Front desk staff were attentive and efficient. Nurse and Doctor were friendly, asked questions to make a diagnosis and examined thoroughly.

The clinic was very busy, regardless of that every staff member took their time to be pleasant and accommodating. It was extremely clean inside as well.

They really took amazing care of me. I know that is their job but they went above and beyond. Everyone was attentive and friendly. Doctor was awesome even threw a bit of humor just ease my mind. Thank you MD Now Urgent Care Plantation.

This was my 1st experience with MD now urgent care in Pembroke Pines. I must say the service was tremendous. This period I met with a receptionist as soon as I walked in the front door 5 minutes after that I met with a doctor's assistant who met with me to discuss my issues. And 10 minutes after that the doctor visited me gave me a full analysis prescribed what I needed and what my illness was. Within 40 minutes I was in the front door and out the front door on my way to pick up prescriptions that now approximately 24 hours later seem to be curing the health issues I've had for the last 2 weeks. Needless to say the service was wonderful and I will certainly visit again. Thank you very much to all of the staff

I went here, like before, not just because of convenience.... I have always gotten great customer service here and feel they care and really listen. You know I'll be back in the future. Keep up the excellent service

Went to get tested for Covid19 because my regular doctor couldn't see me unless it was by Zoom because I wasn't tested. Their in house physician checked me out and wrote out the prescriptions I needed so I was able to get everything accomplished at same time.

Customer service was excellent. Nurse was exceptionally professional and very sweet. Dr. Katz was very thorough, answering many of my questions and extremely professional.

I cut my hand and needed stitches. I went to an MDNow in South Florida (S. Dixie hwy) and was helped by Shikiera Strawder, Mercedes Yanez & Dr. Gabriella Fernendez. It was sort of an emergency & I arrived at the center an hour before close on a Sunday. They were so patient & kind. My hand was sown up and life back to normal in an hour. Thank you so much for taking care of me. Without your help I probably would have lost my finger. -Doug
