Wow am I in the same urgent care clinic that I been using since 2006. Something happen it’s much more professional and better customer service. My PA C Jessica, treated me like a patient and not a number. I was also impressed with my MA and the whole medical staff. Keep up the good work.

The staff knows exactly what was wrong , and they do what they have to do to fixed… good services!

My daughter injured her foot and I wasn’t sure if stitches were needed so we headed to MDnow. The receptionist/insurance/check in person was lovely, efficient and knew her stuff. Our wait was shorter because she was on the ball. The nurse that led us in was very upbeat and pleasant. The doctor was terrific, he put my daughter and me at ease right away and took great care of her. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. The whole office had great energy. Thank you!

Five stars and more. i am new to Miami , my ears were impacted and needed relief. Of course these things happen at 2am in the morning, but I googled and booked a 8am appointment. When I went into the office I met receptionist Samantha who was very friendly and very helpful ,she got me going . Within a few minutes Medical Assistant Paula Correa , came out , she also was very friendly, kind, helpful and remained so during my entire ear procedure. Dr Pena came over examined my ears , MA Paula did the procedures, Dr Pena checked and away I went. During my entire visit everybody was friendly, very helpful, it was a very enjoyable visit. All answered my questions , involved my wife , it was one of those WOW visits. I would highly recommend MD Now Urgent Care to all . I was a stranger , but felt as if as i was going there for years. Great and friendly staff, they care about the people they work with and work together as a team to provide excellent customer service. I came in for a few shots to start my career as a firefighter and left with more information in order to reach my goals.
