I was very satisfied with the service provided by the staff. I would definitely recommend this office to my friends and family.

I went in with a huge infected draining cyst. Wonderful! Great staff. Iveliz and Manny were great. Dr. Casas cleaned the cyst as much as I let him with my whining, gave a prescription for antibiotics. His nurse/assistant Leydi was great too.There is a big possibility I will have to have it excised after the antibiotics do their thing but I left much more relieved of the pain. Recommended

The customer service I received yesterday was nothing but amazing. Everyone was so nice and I was taken care of in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Im doing PT and I have worked with Melanie, Charlie & Patty. They are ALL fabulous! Nice, informative and treat me with great care. Front desk LaToya is great! Friendly and attentive. and all the people have been great. Saw 2 different docs and they were great too. I'd give you Five Stars!

Needed some quick lab work for school that couldn’t wait for an appointment with my primary. MD Now in cutler bay, I was in and out really quick. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions as I hadn’t been there before. I’d go again if I ever needed to.

Super attentive and great service.

This place honestly has the most friendly staff. I’m not from Miami I’m from Ma, I was super nervous to go in but all the ladies from the receptionists to the nurse to the doc Maria all super friendly and compassionate made me feel really comfortable and the process super easy. I have zero tolerance for pain and I’m a huge baby but that did not stop them from walking me through everything and taking there time. Thank you all truly from the bottom of my heart we need more people in this world like these wonderful ladies.

Even thou I was in so much pain the wait was not even 10 minutes long Dr Crespo and Theo took great care of me and explained to me what was going on Thank you so much For the excellent care

The nurse and doctor were excellent. They explained everything to my daughter and me. We felt very comfortable and kindly treated. I would recommend this clinic to everyone who wants a professional and kind treatment.
