Excelente experiencia, everyone on that west Flagler location are extremely nice , very sensitive and best of all they treat you with respect and dignity. Very clean office, I have to commend the girls at the front desk. They were very courteous even though some of the patients were not so pleasant with them. The process went smoothly the gentlemen who administered my blood work was professional and attentive. Overall a pleasant experience.

Staff was amazing, curtieous and polite. We were from out of state on vacation and out l/o was very sick. They took us in very quickly. They immediately dispensed Motrin to get her fever down and did a thorough exam. The rooms were VERY clean. The nurses, dr and medical assistant staff were beyond accommodating and knew we were nervous and did everything they could to keep us comfortable as well as informed of their plan and “next steps,” in their treatment plan. I HIGHLY recommend!

I went to this urgent care because I had a large gash on the top of my head. Im young, only 24, so to say I was a bit nervous about the possabiltity of needing sutures or staples is certainly true. The young man who took my vitals was so nice and very easy to talk to, I think his name was Michael? And then the star of the show, Dr.Eric, he was so kind and encouraging, he explained every step of the process, told me I did infact need staples, but with his attitude about the entire procedure I no longer felt nervous. In fact quite the opposite! Dr. Eric pumped me up and made me feel like a real tough cookie. The staples barely pinched, even when he had to redo one of them because he wanted to make sure he did a good job. I could not praise him enough. Dr. Eric thank you so much! And to everyone else at urgent MD keep doing an amazing job, I appreciate you so much!

I must say that the visit to this urgent care was a very pleasant one. The staff was nice, the office was clean and the doctor was top notch. Doctor Crespo is caring, professional with great bedside manners and listening skills. I definitely recommend this office and Dr. Crespo.
