Front office staff professional and efficient. Dr Valdes very professional as well. Office clean and organized

Very efficient. We were seen quickly and the staff was extremely friendly.

My wife got severe burns from laser hair removal in Bella Vita Salon and spa , visited MD Now urgent care center , was seen by an ARNP, who prescribed a cream. Unfortunately we relied on her assesssment and despite continuing with the burn wounds and pain just continuing putting the cream but my wife did not get better and needed to ultimately attend to a burn center and needed surgery on 3 wounds for third degree burns - burn debridement/cleaning through surgery. This is unacceptable , she should of diagnosed the severe burns and referred my wife to the treatment she needed/ update : 4/4/19- I was very surprised when I received an actual call back from medical director and administrator and we reviewed the situation. I am pleasantly surprised of the quality of supervision , I consider this situation unfortunate, but not representing the center as a whole therefore I change my review to 5 stars.

I had one of my best visits with MDNow this week. Everything was incredibly smooth, the desk staff was extremely flexible and informative about my questions. The nurse was incredible and super caring, great conversation and made getting my blood work a breeze! I highly recommend this location, I have used them multiple times this past year between COVID testing/antibody screening and other medical issues!

Clean Professional Courteous

Place was extremely fast. Doctor was blunt, male nurse was a male nurse but you can't hold it against him. The receptionist was cool. Only problem I had with this place was that the entire staff wasn't wearing a mask. I would also appreciate this luxury

I must say that the visit to this urgent care was a very pleasant one. The staff was nice, the office was clean and the doctor was top notch. Doctor Crespo is caring, professional with great bedside manners and listening skills. I definitely recommend this office and Dr. Crespo.

I was seen there by the Dr. and he was excellent, so was the nurse and staff. The Dr. was super nice and personable and he quickly resolved my health issue.
