I have always been more than satisfied with my care at MDNow. On this particular visit, they looked at my complaint and stated that they thought I needed to go to an ER instead... Glad I did. I just got out of the hospital after nearly four days on IV antibiotics for a serious cellulitis. As important as it is to know what you can do when it comes to medical issues, it is equally important, maybe more important, to know your limitations. MDNow proved that they know what they can do, and are courageous/ethical enough to know what they cannot do. This ability to know what to treat and what to "outsource" may have saved my arm... Outstanding clinicians! Thanks so much!

I've been twice for COVID testing. Today was much busier than before, but it moved fast and I was just a walk-in. I was reallly impressed by the caring, personable staff. Every interaction was above and beyond expectations.

Every one was perfectly nice knowledgeable kind. The office was clean they got me in/out was not there all day , will I return (yes) will I recommend the Miami Lakes Office to friends and family (yes) I will.

I was in and out in 28 minutes - impressive! Both of my interactions with the staff - Ana, at the front desk and Chiquita, who took my vitals and administered the Covid-19 test - were friendly, professional and efficient. Even, Jesus from the MD Now Urgent Care call center, was patient and informative over the phone when I called ahead of time to verify that my insurance would be accepted. Thank you for the exceptional client care.

The entire staff was friendly, professional and efficient. The facility was clean. I am from out of state and the nurse was so kind as to help me locate the nearest Publix where I could get my prescription filled. I would definitely go to MD Now if needed and have already recommended them.
