I was impressed with how nice the staff was, I spoke with a receptionist at the front desk, I think her name was Wadline she was absolutely great. She made the process fast and easy, and had the nicest approach. I took a covid test thankfully it came out negative, next time I need any medical attention I’m definitely coming here first.

I was surprised to see such low stars for this urgent care. Usually I've had bad experiences with urgent cares, but this one was great. The ladies at the front desk were pleasant and super helpful with the check in process and insurance. I took both of my children here and they were able to work things out to see them both at the same time. The dr. Was great with each of them. He listened to the concerns and explained what he was doing for their treatment and why and even explained possible side effects and how the treatments would work. There was only one dr. there at the time, but we really didnt wait long at all. The office was very clean and they even had stuff for the kids to do in the waiting room and exam rooms. I noticed they even had coffee and water for while you wait too. I would definitely recommend to family and friends and come back here if we ever needed urgent care again.

I went to MD Now Urgent Care for my COVID vaccine. The staff was amazing. They were kind and helpful. The nurses were incredibly skilled and patient. I’ll definitely come back and I 100% recommend this Urgent Care.

Wonderful staff friendly helpful everything

Having my Covid-19 antibodies checked was quick and easy at the Miami Lakes center. Dr. May was very nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely return to this location for future needs.
