From the kind lady at the front desk to the nurse to the PA this was one of my most enjoyable trips to the doctor. And I hate going to doctors

Amazing experience, they moved quickly and the nurse and Dr. Washington were beyond helpful and attentive. Dr. WashingTom explained everything to me and tried to do everything she could, she had to send me to the ER due to my breathing and it was the best advice I received all day. It was all together a wonderful experience especially as a very sick person.

This office consistently delivers the level of service expected. I never hesitate to go to this office. The Office Manager has to be the most professional and empathetic medical office manager I've ever come across. From the first person you meet to check in to the last person you meet when you're leaving, you're in good hands. Bonus points for one of the cleanest MD NOWS.

If I could give 10 stars I would. MD Now is how other urgent care centers should operate. Let me briefly share my husbands journey- simple cellulitis on finger. He went to another urgent care yesterday (which I will reserve the name out of courtesy and professionalism). All they did was an X-ray, antibiotic and a dx of celulitis. As a nurse, I knew he needed an I&D, but nothing. Just the generic follow up with PCP in 2 days. He was in so much pain, but I decided to avoid an unnecessary ED visit and proceed to the appropriate level of care . That said, today we made a hand specialist appt. (Again will reserve the name) to have an I&D. I was confident that they should be able to perform the procedure then and there. I mean with the right tools I could. Well instead we were given a next day surgical Appt. at an outpatient surgical center. Really? At this point, we were headed straight to ED when I decided to call MDNow. LINDA was super helpful and thank God my husband got his I&D by the amazing DR. YANES...Thank you MD now for not subjecting my husband to more pain, preventing another sleepless night and saving our healthcare system( and us) thousands of dollars in waste. Thank you!

Sylvia was amazing and very compassive she was really worried for me and she makes me feel really sure that I was in the perfect place to get the service needed actually she was giving training to a co- worker and she was very nice to him. You can see there a good team work.

Diane, the Nurse Practioner is AMAZING. Knowledgeable, kind and a great bedside manner. I wish she was my Primary Care Provider. I was treated promptly and thoroughly. I was having difficulty getting my care team aligned due to my work schedule and one Sunday morning in person visit with Diane solved our mystery. Thank you! My husband has also been treated here by other providers and was equally impressed.
