Exceptional location. Do not go to Palm Beach gardens or Military trail. Trust me it is worth the drive.

I have never been to this Urgent Care location. Well, I have been two times only to Urgent Care facilities in my life, but here the people were very nice, friendly and patiently explaining everything and give me the answers to all my questions and concerns....although I can only imagine how many times they have been asked the same thing over and over again. I have seen Dr. Mushtaq before and he's always so kind and thorough and never makes you feel rushed. I wish he was a primary care doctor! I've never seen a doctor that genuinely cares for his patients like he does. I’ve had to come to this office a few times since it’s right by my work during times when I can’t get off to see my primary care doctor. I’ve never had anything short of a great experience here. I am not a fan of ever going to the doctor (like most) but the entire staff here is very kind, efficient, and professional and make you feel comfortable. Specifically, the nurse (Libby) was also very helpful and made such a great effort to make sure I was comfortable and didn’t have any further questions after my visit. They all really take great care of their patients! Thank you Lighthouse Point MD Now! :)

The receptionists were very welcoming and helpful. Samantha conducted my Covid19 test. She was very professional, personable and thorough. She took the time to explain everything to me. I did not get the doctor's name who came in to check on me but he was very friendly and gave me detailed options regarding vaccinations.

Went in late afternoon Sun. for my right foot. Dropped a fiji water on it a week ago and it was still killing me. Front desk staff was nice. Got in quickly, and was greeted by the radiologist Dan. We talked, super guy and very knowledgeable. Took some x-rays talked some more, very informative! Doc came in took a look, no broken bones. They supplies me with a boot and referral to a podiatrist if needed. Woke up this a.m. and feel a lot better. Overall a great staff and service!!

Was seen very promptly, but they forgot to sent my scripts to the pharmacy, went home called them ( pharmacy) no prescription so I tried calling no answer had to go all the way back to straighten it out all while sick as a dog! No sorry or anything should have gotten a voucher for less money I pay them next time as I self pay
