People in office was polite, nice and willing to show a little personality. That goes a long, long way with me. Great couple of gentleman I delt with today. One at as I registered and another younger fellow taking sample for drug test. Great staff. Great job! In and out quickly. That also goes a long way with me. Thank you!

If I could give 10 stars I would. MD Now is how other urgent care centers should operate. Let me briefly share my husbands journey- simple cellulitis on finger. He went to another urgent care yesterday (which I will reserve the name out of courtesy and professionalism). All they did was an X-ray, antibiotic and a dx of celulitis. As a nurse, I knew he needed an I&D, but nothing. Just the generic follow up with PCP in 2 days. He was in so much pain, but I decided to avoid an unnecessary ED visit and proceed to the appropriate level of care . That said, today we made a hand specialist appt. (Again will reserve the name) to have an I&D. I was confident that they should be able to perform the procedure then and there. I mean with the right tools I could. Well instead we were given a next day surgical Appt. at an outpatient surgical center. Really? At this point, we were headed straight to ED when I decided to call MDNow. LINDA was super helpful and thank God my husband got his I&D by the amazing DR. YANES...Thank you MD now for not subjecting my husband to more pain, preventing another sleepless night and saving our healthcare system( and us) thousands of dollars in waste. Thank you!

Always a pleasure walking in to this location. Almost everytime I've had to visit with a friend or family member, they are fast, efficient and very polite. Its a big deal to be greeted with a smile.
