It was excellent. I called 3 urgent care facilities and they didn't accept my insurance or my gap. When I called the receptionist was friendly and helpful, I asked her questions about my insurance, gap, if they had an x-ray machine, she was super nice and made me want to come in. When I got there the check in was super easy. The doctor was caring and attentive. This will definitely be my go to when I am sick.

I went to MD looking for relief on my pain due to horrible reflux. Dr. Patrinionist Mercedes and assistant Alicia were excellent. Alicia is the best phlebotomist. I am afraid of needles and I could faint, but first time ever I did not feel a thing, plus under my pain and tension, she was not able to get my vain, and even though, I never felt pain or discomfort. She calmed me down and assured me it will not hurt. And it did not. Some people are blessed with their hands. Alicia is....Thank you Patrinioners Mercedes and Elizabeth, and Assistant Alicia. Excellent team of care providers.

I was in need of medical help and without insurance. i called many places and said i have no insurance and felt helpless until i called MD now on N Federal hwgy. I was told it was 149.00 to see a doctor and no appointment was needed. There is a list on the wall on a tv that lists all levels of care and the cost. We went in and were given an ipad to fill in info and when turned in we paid the 149.00 after a short wait I went into a room and the usual things were done temp blood pressure. A few minutes later the doctor came in and he listened and asked a few questions and i was on my way with the Meds i needed for a lung infection. I have this problem every other year and this was by far the best experience i have ever had

Very professional service and very low wait time. The lobby and the rooms are kept very clean. By far the best urgent care center in Jupiter/Palm Beach Gardens area. The staff were friendly and brisk. Couldn't have asked for better service.
