Making a same-day appointment is easy online and there is usually very little wait time. The people there are very nice. I've been there several times for COVID testing.

The staff were friendly and courteous and I was in and out of there in 15 minutes.

Been here twice and both times had a good experience. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor to the nurse were polite, friendly, and very patient. They actually listen to your concerns and answer all your questions, and only pick a treatment that you are comfortable with. That kind of environment takes away anxiety from going to the doctor.
