This is a good place to get your medical services, the staff is great, very knowledgeable, great customer service, in particular Cherline from the front desk is very patient and courteous.

Went to get my daughters sport physical. Front desk was super pleasant and the nurse was amazing. We saw Dr Swanson and he was very friendly. We were in and out really quick which is great!

I have to say that the Doctors and the staff working at this facility are professional and polite to the degree that I needed to express this publicly. They have assisted me on two recent occasions of which my most recent visit confirmed their service.

Wonderful staff & service. Singing up as a new client was very fast. I received my first Covid vaccination using Pfizer & didn’t feel the shot. A+ to all the staff at Bird Road, Miami Urgent Care!
