I went here because my doctor of 30 years couldn't fit me in. I was totally impressed from the moment I walked in the door. The place was extremely clean and open, the receptionist were both very efficient and kind and worked well together. The nurse was very sweet, happy and knowledgeable and the doctor was Great, kind and listened to everything I had to say she was very through. It ran like a perfectly greased wheel. Very pleasant experience I will probably use them more than my primary care doctor now.

MD Now is the first walk-in clinic I’ve been to. The waiting area was immaculate. And the wait to see the doctor was about 5 minutes. The doctor was brilliant.

I was there today for my ear infection,they took me in less than 10 minutes, staffs are really friendly,I will highly recommend this place to anyone.

Everyone was very lovely and organized. Woman at the front desk was really together and made it very easy to register. Joann brought us back to the patient room.and was very lovely. Hannya administered AR tests and was incredibly knowledgeable and very gentle about taking the test. It's a very wonderful experience to go here. And considering all they have to deal with all day it's nice that they're just as pleasant and caring.

I dread going to the doctor's office but this location had the most friendly staff I've ever met. It was early but everyone from the front staff to the nurses and doctor had great energy and really took away my anxieties of visiting for medical checkups. I highly recommend this location, I hope when I go back next the same staff will be there!

I had never been here in the past until today. The experience from the time I walked in the door until I left was very welcoming and professional. Everyone there was super nice!! I would definitely recommend

I would very clean and the people where nice. but only problem I had was I have asthma they is it that the doctor automatically thinks it's crov19. there are other sickness in the world not only crov19 I was very upset that she only think of that.

Everyone was friendly and professional. Cesar was very helpful. The doctor (sorry forgot her name) did her exam and succinctly explained her diagnosis.

I’ve been to other Urgent MDs, but this one is probably if not the best one in the area. Personnel are polite and very helpful, they are are not in a rush or on their phones as I’ve encountered on other MDs. Best experience so far.

Not long of wait which makes it worth going there. The staff and doctor was very helpful. Will go there again.

I fully expected a long wait but was pleasantly surprised with how quickly I was seen. The staff/ doctors were knowledgeable and thorough with their exam. I would definitely recommend them.

Staff very friendly I arrived when they opened so the wait was not very long the Doctor on staff was very knowledgeable very caring I've been to a couple different urgent cares including the MD now's and this Pembroke office is my favorite I go there all the time or when I need to two thumbs up five stars thank you
