I have to say that I am astonished by the amazing care and customer service I received today. I came in with a horrific ear ache and was seen and treated within the hour. The doctor was professional, knowledgeable and compassionate, as were the rest of the staff. I am beyond pleased and would recommend this facility long before recommending any of our local emergency rooms or my family practitioner. Thank you guys so much!!!

Always use MD Now Urgent care. Not only for everyday illness but when they can't diagnose you they send you to emergency room or make sure thay you see your doctor. Not only are they professional but the are caring about the results you should get from another professional that is qualified in different situations concerning your health. I recommend them highly.

The staff is always kind and considerate. It was very busy and they did everything they could to get everyone checked in and seen in a timely manner.

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE TODAY AND THEY FIXED ME! From the start I was heard and the front desk was compassionate about my issue ( that means a lot when you’re medically compromised). Check in was a breeze. I saw RONICA, an amazing nurse who was professional and sweet and took her time with me until my issue was COMPLETELY resolved! My doctor was right there to check and make sure before I left my concern was addressed. I just can’t say enough good things about the care that was delivered. Thank you so much!!! I came in because i rolled my ankle and my foot was swollen. They were so polite at the desk and a certain worker saw my hopping on one foot so she brought me a wheelchair. She then offered me and my friend water and returned with two ice cold bottles of water. The lady at the front explained to me the cost of seeing a doctor without insurance but she was nice enough to knock $20 off as part of a discount. I went for xrays and the medical advice on taking care of my injury and got better service than most restaurants have.

They are always quick and welcoming. So helpful!

Went there in the late afternoon on Monday to have a COVID test. Only two people ahead of me, but still about a 40 minute wait. Receptionist was friendly, and the technician who did the rest was excellent. Naturally, this was my first time and I was quite apprehensive. The technician put me at my ease and was so gentle I could barely feel it. My heart goes out to them knowing what they do day in and out!
