When I entered the door they took charged of my with a smile. They understood why I was there and carried me through the process. I was called to see the nurse in a very timely manner. That service was quick and very professionally

My second time using MD Now urgent care, and both experiences have been very positive. Being able to get xrays on site is a huge plus. This visit was for a medical issue, and the visit was prompt, the staff kind and professional, and the doctor provided good care.

Excellent experience with MD Now. Called another location for my 101 year old Mom who had fallen and was complaining of back pain. After discussion, the receptionist (who was super nice) directed us to this location as we didn't want to bring her to a location doing Covid testing. We waited about 45 minutes in the car for her turn in the queue...and from there it moved quickly. The doctor, Dr. Jose Murillo, was excellent. We were able to get X-rays (he bumped her up in the X-ray queue) and fortunately, she has not broken anything. Dr. Murillo noticed she was having muscle spasms so he prescribed something for that. She is recovering. Thanks to MD Now and Dr. Murillo for an excellent experieince.

I love it here especially the doctors I wish they could be my primary doctors I always go there.the help me everytime

Went in last night, staff at reception were welcoming and helpful. Very competent MA took me to exam room, took history and vitals. Dr Tran was my physician. He listened to my complaint and prescribed meds. In and out in about an hour. I was very happy with the service received Highly recommended

Long line but nice employees. It really helps.

I got served pretty quickly, everything was done electronically and staff was friendly and knew what they were doing(which you would hope) but I loved that I was helped within an hour as they say on their website.

Nice clean office .Receptionist is pleasant and responsive. They moved me into the visit room for the provider shortly after my arrival. The provider was very detailed, spent time answering my questions.

Great customer service. Had my J&J Covid vaccination there and nurses and team were very professional and attentive. Will recommend everyone to go there. Thank you so much.
