Wow had the best experience here. Im from NY and had to check on a surgical wound that looked gnarly. Wait time was fair. All staff was exceptional. Place was clean. I left so confident with peace of mind that i was ok to enjoy the rest of my vaca. Is everyone so nice here? Should i move here?❤️

I broke a toe and the entire staff at MD Now were kind, humorous, and patient. The woman at the front desk told me to sit down because I was having trouble walking and that she would walk out to me and collect my cards and co-pay. This was so nice of her! Susan M. was my X-ray technician, and she was just as sweet as can be and made me laugh while I was there, which I needed. Dr. Katz was kind and even brought me back so I could take a picture of my x-rays to share with my family, which I was hoping to do. And Jessica wrapped my toes and gave me a surgical shoe and she was also just as sweet as can be and funny. Considering I broke my toe in three places and was in a lot of pain, I had a wonderful experience at MD Now because of ALL of the employees. Thank you!

I was on vacation and had a lingering condition so arrived on a Saturday morning. There were two or three patients ahead of me, which was no issue, as they were seen quickly. The iPads *are* cleaned/sanitized by the receptionist and she was able to help me with getting my insurance info (out of country) emailed over to her for direct billing. I was in and out of the clinic in a very reasonable time period. I agree receptionist staff could be more welcoming when you first walk in but patients are now provided with a mask if they do not have one. The clinic is spacious and clean, and the nurses are professional and kind. Dr. Becker is lovely. Highly recommend! Big thank you to the staff and doctor for making me feel cared for.

The staff is great and the doctor is amazing.

I have been to several MD Now locations throughout my life, and this location has by far been the best. I was a walk-in on a Friday afternoon and was seen within 30 minutes. The girl working in the front was thorough and despite my insurance card giving her some trouble, she called and to get the details and make sure my insurance would work. I appreciate that because a lot of places like this simply don’t care and would not make this effort for you. Once I was seen, the nurse who gathered my information and took my vitals was very friendly, caring, and I could tell she was listening intently to me when I explained what I was going through. She asked questions, smiled, and made me feel very comfortable. Lastly, the doctor I saw was very knowledgeable and informative, and asked me lots of questions to make sure she got to the root of my problem and really addressed the issue. I find this so hard to come by, every experience I’ve had with doctors in Florida it seemed they were just looking to prescribe me something to patch the problem- but I really felt here with this doctor she cared and wanted to find exactly what I needed. Overall my experience at this MD center was exceptional. One of the first times I felt that seeing a doctor wasn’t a waste of my time and money. They really have a great team. And it’s a quick care- go figure. Wish I got everyone’s names so I could highlight the care they provide to their patients. If I ever have any issues again I’m going out of my way to come here.

MD Now did a fantastic job during my visit. The office is very clean, and the reception was very polite. More important, COVID protocol is still observed in this office. Everyone in the building wore masks. The check in process was a breeze, and I was seen immediately. The overall service was superb, and I will be using this urgent care more often. My daughter was with me and suggested I go to this one, and I’m so happy I did.

The team of Doctors and nurses was terrific. They removed the needle and were very thorough with follow-up. Thank you!!
