Facility very clean. Plenty of seating to separate from others. Staff very friendly and helpful. Not too crowded at 945am. Very efficient.

Today I came in contact with the most amazing receptionist I have ever met, her name was Ashlea. She was Awesome, professional and very helpful.

Everyone was very lovely and organized. Woman at the front desk was really together and made it very easy to register. Joann brought us back to the patient room.and was very lovely. Hannya administered AR tests and was incredibly knowledgeable and very gentle about taking the test. It's a very wonderful experience to go here. And considering all they have to deal with all day it's nice that they're just as pleasant and caring.

I went to MD looking for relief on my pain due to horrible reflux. Dr. Patrinionist Mercedes and assistant Alicia were excellent. Alicia is the best phlebotomist. I am afraid of needles and I could faint, but first time ever I did not feel a thing, plus under my pain and tension, she was not able to get my vain, and even though, I never felt pain or discomfort. She calmed me down and assured me it will not hurt. And it did not. Some people are blessed with their hands. Alicia is....Thank you Patrinioners Mercedes and Elizabeth, and Assistant Alicia. Excellent team of care providers.

We had the greatest experience going to MD now. My daughter was seen for her asthma and they took care of her better than going to the pediatrician. It was in and out no hours of waiting and they gave her the appropriate meds needed and actually surpassed our expectations!

This MD now is near my house very convenient not only that the staff in the front is very friendly. I had gone for a quick blood draw to check for antibodies due to the covid and was in and out fairly quickly I will be coming to this MD Now Clinic if needed. It was around 1 p.m. when I showed up it was neat organized and quiet. Any questions that I had the staff were able to answer accordingly. My two experiences at MD Now the one on bird and the one on Flagler so far has been phenomenal, no complaints.

We walked in and we had no waiting at all. Staff was very kind and helpful. The waiting room seating was really nice for social distancing due to Covid. The staff santized everything at check in and took care of my husband s issue.

I was very impressed with the quality of care I received here. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to others. The personnel were friendly and helpful and knowledgeable.
