I received outstanding service; I have returned many times. The facility is clean and welcoming. Doug, the technologist who helped me was caring, efficient and extremely competent. He did a chest x-ray for me, a breathing treatment, injection, very capable guy. Carol, the ARNP in charge of my care was tops in every way. Friendly and caring she got me a prompt and accurate diagnosis and new medication and treatment. Thanks Doug, Carol and MD Now.

Want to say my experience was great from the start. When I called the person I spoke to was courteous. When I got there everyone at front desk was nice and helpful. Jose Who drew my blood was amazing. Total experience was A+

The front desk check in was not very warm or inviting but the nurse check in was super nice and oersonable. She made me feel comforted when I was feeling so sick. The doctor I saw was super friendly and had a great bed side manner. My whole experience was very quick and comfortable. Was in and out quickly.

I the front staff was warm and welcoming. They helped me with so many questions and with the computer screen update. My wait was less than15 minutes. The dr came right in and saw me. Very kind and helpful, as well! Love this place!

Excellent service

Excellent experience. No long wait time. Very professional. I just moved here and do not have a primary doctor yet. I was relieved that they could help me and prescribe meds. Definitely recommend MD Now Urgent Care.
