Ms.E.Benoit was very kind. She showed excellent communication skill, patience and was very professional. She also helped another patient while assisting me. She was willing to go above and beyond. Ms. Benoit was speedy yet accurate. She helped me to meet my deadline for my drug test and for that I want to say thank you and job well done.

Do not understand the negative reviews. This was the best experience I ever had for a walk in clinic. The nicest, caring people from front desk to Doctor ans his staff. No wait time and in and out in no time with relief from pain. Do not know if I was just lucky but for me it was a great experience. Thank you MD NOW Staff

Everytime I go to this location I always have a great experience; from Alexandria at the front desk to the medical assistant and the doctor - my trip to urgent care was great - they are all so friendly and helpful

I was there for roughly an hour. They got me in first time being there. Super quick, had me fill out some information and about five minutes later I was taken back waiting for the doctor. The waiting was super quick maybe 15 minutes max for the doc. Once she was able to see me to consultation was quick, I’m now getting my prescription.

The wait was fairly quick considering the number of patients ahead of me (about 45 minutes) and MUCH quicker than an ER room. All of the staff were polite and professional, and Dr. Covilli was very nice and attentive, asking several questions and performing a quick test before making a diagnosis. I'll go back.
