I went in as a walk in for my throat feeling like it was swelling shut and they got me in within 15 minutes of being there I was in and out in less than hour plus given my first dose of meds there. The receptionist Tara I believe was very helpful and professional and the medical team was amazing as well . I will definitely keep going back . Everything went so smooth and so quick and easy .

Drove from Broward county because it was the only clinic open that took my insurance during a holiday week. My son and I had such a great experience. Everyone was so professional and sweet to him. We didn’t even wait long, definitely will make the drive the next time I need them. Best experience in a urgent clinic I’ve had.

Went there with what could have been an emergency infection issue - and I wasn’t sure if I should go there or the ER, since I don’t have insurance. They were extremely kind and friendly and were able to give me help (antibiotic shot). The nurse Linda was super friendly and caring. I was relieved to receive good care and kindness, this is what you really need when you are facing a difficult situation. Im grateful for their help.

I highly recommend MD Now at Pinecrest for medical attention. They are well staffed and professional and treat you with respect. The 0lace is clean and waiting is minimum. I trust them and I will always come to this location when I need medical attention. AAA+

Visited MD Now Urgent Care this morning. I walked in and an older couple was checking in at reception ahead of me. Very promptly, I was pulled over to another window to be greeted warmly and started checking in myself. After getting settled in, I was waiting to be called. During my wait, I watched and listened to multiple conversations being had in the office. Most patients were polite and didn’t cause any issues but there was an influx of people as most were sick or there for COVID testing. The staff were attentive and courteous. They asked if anyone needed drinks while they waited. Periodically apologized for the wait and actually explained the reasons behind the wait times or specific situations regarding appointments, insurance issues and COVID procedures. They cleaned and sprayed surfaces-even asking if anyone was asthmatic. When obtaining information from patients, (handing off driver’s licenses, iPads, anything that would be shared) they grabbed it with sanitary wipes and wipes down everything. I was there for a pre-employment drug screen along with two other individuals. We were called and escorted to another, smaller waiting room, to be given distance in between those who were sick and experiencing COVID like symptoms or those waiting to be tested due to exposure to the virus. Once called and taken back, the process was explained thoroughly and staff remained warm and professional. Having to drive 40 minutes away, twice within the last two months and this facility being the second one I’ve visited, this experience went so much better. I cannot give them enough praise! Customer service is never leaving out the smallest of details and always going the extra mile for your customers and MD Now has definitely done just that.

Such a friendly and inviting atmosphere, every person I came in contact with was very friendly and professional. No wait completed paper work, within (3) minutes I was called inside. Very clean urgent Care. Doctor Valdes great listener, and compassionate very concern for your pain. Going back to NY feeling like I was taken care of.

Since I started in the company several years ago, I have been able to move up within the organization and put in a position where I am able to show my capabilities and succeed. As MD Now has continued to grow, so have the opportunities for advancement for myself and others. Like in any other company, those opportunities come with the time and work that you are willing to invest. Is it perfect? No. But what job is? I have had my ups and downs in my time here with certain transitions of management, but I can safely say I enjoy coming to work. They give you the tools you need to do your job effectively, and there is managerial support in every location.
