The ladies there are super sweet! The doctor knew all about my blood condition making his medication selection so much easier; such a rare find. He even knew enough to give me tips on staying healthy. I was in and out in less than an hour. Thanks.

Everything was perfect but the portal will not take the code I received. And after 3 times, they froze me. How am I getting my test and family results for our flight ? Should I panic ?

7/12/2022 Eva office manager, Filandi, Intake, and Amy- Pa. These 3 combined got me in and out, even with a wait, they made it worth waiting. Kind, gentle and helpful every-way, possible . My own Primary Doctors office Total MD / Urgent Care office is MD Nows Competitor. They wouldst even see me after i was willing to wait there in their office while their PA said she had a procedure to do and it would be an hour or so. They told me because of my pain level, ( i pulled a muscle in my shoulder) to go to the hospital. I told them, i have been like this for 3 days , i would wait 1-2 so i wouldn't have to wait in The ER 3-4 hours for twice or 3 times the expense. She said even if i waited, she wouldn't treat me, and just would refer me to the hospital. So i came here. Same pain level, same pulled muscle. At least the saw me. And IF then they said go to the hospital, i would understand. But not even see me. So, MD NOW Is my Urgent Care place. I just wish i could use them for my primary office. Thank you ladies. If i could give you a raise, i would.

Went to mdnow on Thursday for a infected thumd I used my credit card to pay 145 dollars they treated my thumd and gave me prec I stared the antibiotics and the issue came back by Saturday morning went back immediately the girl at the desk said I have to pay Again I feel that's very unfair thanks for nothing mdnow Adam

I was suffering from amazing pain from sciatica, could only walk a couple of steps and my right side was on fire. When I entered the building ,I felt better! Greeted by Mr. Juan Medina. Very friendly and professional, on the phone and in person! Wait time minimal and into the exam room with Ms. Paula Correa who was comforting and kind , I received 2 of the gentlest shots ever from her! I appreciated that! Diagnosed and prescribed meds by Ms. Elizabeth Katz. Also a caring and professional dr. I am much better today! All my questions were answered and I highly recommend this skilled team! Thank you all!

We came in as a walk-in. The associates at the front were courtesy and very helpful. The place is beautiful, clean and from the moment we arrived to leaving we felt attended to. I do believe timing is everything and we arrived before many which made our visit quite fast. The doctor was attentive and gave us the time we needed. I would definitely return to this Urgent Care.
