I have been to the MDNow location in Cutler Bay and they never disappoint. Fast service and friendly staff. Best place to get travel related Covid tests. I always get my results 18-26 hours after I take it.

I had a great experience. Friendly staff and Dr Katz was wonderful comfortable, accommodating and thorough.

Came in for Covid Testing. The staff was friendly, and caring. The nurse who swabbed me was gentle, which I highly appreciated, because the first time I had a covid test it caused a bit of “post traumatic swab disorder” lol. The only issues: Due to high volume of patients bc of recent Covid outbreaks, the wait was about 45 minutes and parking lot is small - so it was difficult to get a spot. Other than that, I would definitely use their services again. Results should come back in 24-48 hours and are accessible via internet/patient portal, which is much better than 10-14 days from public testing sites and having to wait on a phone call for results. I have insurance, so out of pocket cost today was only $35 vs $199 without insurance. I’ll post a follow up review after my results, hopefully there won’t be any issues/delays.

The service i received from Islande & Keona was exceptional. I've never experienced anyone that i truly felt genuinely cared and understood what i was going through. Although they could not help me, they thoroughly explained why they couldn't but also pointed me in the right direction. They were so patient with me and made sure i was ok before they would let me leave. These two women made a difference and MD Now is very fortunate to have them on their team. Excellent Service and very knowledgeable!!! Without a doubt, the best place to go for service. Thank you Girls!!!!

This office is immaculately clean and as far as Dr. Offices go it's beautifuly finished. The staff is exceptionally kind, friendly and efficient. Never going back to a regular Dr. again.

Unbelievably exceptional service during a very difficult and fearsome time. I received expedited, efficient care from the MDNow Pinecrest team and was able to get tested for COVID-19 quickly and safely with results available within a reasonable time frame. I would like to particularly recognize Nurse Janetzi Sanchez. She was able to make me feel incredibly comfortable and at-ease during an otherwise very scary moment. Not only that, the team was able to make arrangements for my boyfriend to get tested the very next day, allowing him to return to work quickly and securely. Thank you so very much MDNow and thank you Ms. Sanchez - your world is nothing short of heroic.
