I love MD Now! I have used the virtual option many times and recently had COVID. I was pretty sick and my primary couldn’t (or wouldn’t) book me for 2 weeks. I used MD Now and Dr. Amy (virtual) hooked me up. I’m pretty sure I would’ve been in the hospital without prompt medication. I went in Sunday for an ear infection and right from the greeting and pleasant young woman at the reception desk to the medical assistant and Jennifer who treated me, I cannot say enough for their kindness, friendliness, professional care, and even acknowledging a recent birthday. How amazing is this group! I’ll use MD Now for any needed medical care. They are fabulous.

My wife had a stubborn cough so we went to MD Now on a Saturday morning at 9:15. She was seen by a PA/Nurse, Linda B, within 5 minutes. Linda was fantastic. She was concerned, personable, efficient in her examination and informative as to possible treatments. The doctor, Dr. Schiffman, also was wonderful. She examined my wife, explained the treatment and medication, ordered the X-ray and inhalation therapy required. Upon discharge the nurse sent the prescription orders to our pharmacy and they were ready when we got there. All in all my wife and I both agreed as to the wonderful care and concern that we received. Later in the afternoon we received a call from Linda asking if we got the medication and if we had any questions. Superb care all around.

Extremely pleasant real nice people

Excellent Customer Service and Extremely Excellent patient care! I live closer than a mile to another Urgent Care, but chose MD Now based on their reviews and also when I called, Daniel who picked up was extremely courteous, has phone etiquette, and even told me to have a nice Sunday when ending the call. Dr. Swanson has a very good bedside manner! Fist bumped, checked my symptoms, and prescribed the right antibiotics to treat my sinus infection. I love that he was not pushy or rushed me. Thank you all for taking care of me today!

Today was a very stressful day as the md now I go was dealing with short staffing issues:but I was referred to the md now in Boynton on federal and woolbright, Very nice staff and attentive to my needs I finally got seen but it was worth the wait .I feel so bad for the shortage of staff. Hope things get better there thank you md now!,,,

I just left the facility abs the DR and his nurse had the best bedside manor. I’ve never been to a doctor that is non judgmental and so caring. They are amazing! Thank you !
