My experience was fine I was prescribed methylprednisolone which I just took for the first time. I hope this works better than getting a shot for my bursitis. The visit was great.Never have been there before. I was lucky I had no wait time and the staff is very nice

Polite, efficient and professional ! The PA was great. Her exam was thorough and her diagnosis was on target. She prescribed medications and explained everything. The waiting room and exam room was very clean We were seem immediately after filling personal information. I worked for 23 years in the healthcare field. I would highly recommend this facility

Office was nice and clean. It was not too busy when I arrived. They gave me the normal forms to fill out. I saw the DR within a reasonable time. They did x-rays and the DR prescribed medications. I would return to this location again if I ever need to. And I recommend them to others.

All of the staff was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The doctor was very attentive. He listened to all of my concerns. Also, the wait time was less than 10 minutes. I definitely recommend this facility

Highly recommend this place for any urgent care needs. After I checked in I only waited for 5 minutes before being seen by the nurse Sam and she was extremely sweet and made me feel very comfortable and calm. I had to have a spot cut out of my thigh and it was a very quick procedure. I was only in the office for about 45 minutes total and usually I have to wait over an hour just to be seen at another place. Very clean and professional I will definitely be going back in the future if I need an urgent care

I was on vacation and had a lingering condition so arrived on a Saturday morning. There were two or three patients ahead of me, which was no issue, as they were seen quickly. The iPads *are* cleaned/sanitized by the receptionist and she was able to help me with getting my insurance info (out of country) emailed over to her for direct billing. I was in and out of the clinic in a very reasonable time period. I agree receptionist staff could be more welcoming when you first walk in but patients are now provided with a mask if they do not have one. The clinic is spacious and clean, and the nurses are professional and kind. Dr. Becker is lovely. Highly recommend! Big thank you to the staff and doctor for making me feel cared for.

I have to say, I never cease to be amazed by the professionals over at this facility. I've gone atleast 3 times or so and everytime I have felt welcome, met with kindness and have had my questions answered. From the moment you check in at the front desk and check out with a prescription the nurses and doctors are knowledgeable and take the time with you. The portal is updated in a timely fashion and follow up calls are also met with kindness and the doctors/ nurses are more than happy to help and answer any questions or doubts. If I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you to the folks at MD Now
