I came here to do a drug test and due to a miscommunication at my job I came close to closing and after there cutoff for testing. The staff was super nice and helpful and was able to get my test done in time for me.

As a first timer, the service here was impeccable! Janice, who checked me in was so pleasant ! It was refreshing going to a medical center and the first person you see was so full of joy. I was in and out in no time. The doctor and nurse’s aide were also pleasant.

Came in for a drug screening waited about 15 minutes. The nurses and staff was friendly, but put in mind. Sometimes the receptionist is different and they move to different locations so sometimes you might get somebody different depending on the day, so do not judge based off the actual company judgment based off the person.

That was my first visit in Urgent Care, I thought that it would take some time before I could see a doctor. But in less than one hour, I was diagnosed, had my injections and prescriptions sent to my pharmacy. The staff is welcoming and very professional. Great place to go if you have an emergency and can't wait to see your PCP. I had a wonderful experience!

I would very clean and the people where nice. but only problem I had was I have asthma they is it that the doctor automatically thinks it's crov19. there are other sickness in the world not only crov19 I was very upset that she only think of that.

I went to the Lighthouse Point, FL branch, and there the front desk services were horrible! I left in tears. So I decided to go to the Deerfield’s MD Now clinic at Hillsboro w/ Powerline Wooooowww! What a difference! I fell at home, the girls were amazing, and they treated me like a queen. Differently from the other place, the Deerfield Beach, FL staff answered my questions with kindness, dismissing all my doubts and ASSURING me that my results would come out in due time I need. I am so grateful that God provided me a spectacular experience after a very unpleasant one. Thank you, girls. I appreciate your professionalism and kindness to all MD Now patients, especially myself (on my homeward bound). May my God and Lord be gracious to you.

Every time myself or family member have used this location we were treated well, with care and right on with diagnosis. Highly recommend.

The place was very clean and the staff was very nice. The only complaint that I have is that they should just have a tech to administer the covid testing. It seems that the office was full of people waiting to see a doctor and the other half just wanting a covid test. I waited over 2 hours and there were only about 6 people ahead of me for a Covid test. Maybe it is the time of year and they are short staffed. I would go back if I ever need a doctor. I was impressed with how clean everything was.
