I visited this MdNow yesterday for my ears, which were impacted with earwax. It is a condition I get over the years. I compliment Dr Maria, Madeline, and Jinelle. I hope I get the names correct, I called back to clinic to get their names . I want to say they were very nice, friendly, attentive and caring. My experience was very pleasant. I want to thank them very much for their care. It was my first time to this MdNow and am very appreciative of their care. I would give more than 5 stars and would recommend them very much.

Staff was great and the doctor was superb. He explained exactly how bad my leg was hurt , then he treated it and told me that I had done a good job before he saw me. I really appreciated his concern and care. Thanks to all

The doctor and staff were friendly. Very organized and easy for patients to check in. I would recommend this place to anyone. Very clean doctor's office with knowledgeable staff.

Nice, clean doctor's office. Tons of hand sanitizer around because a lot of people were coughing and have colds and whatever. The person at the check in desk was very nice, she took my information and the wait time was really not long at all. I was in there maybe 30 minutes probably less. The doctor explained everything, my diagnosis and the medicines that I would be taking. I would go back again when I need to see a doctor without going to a hospital or waiting for a doctor's appointment. Quick and very professional people, yes I would definitely recommend this office.

The visit was a very pleasant one. Very good personnel and the Nurse Practitioner that took care of my wife was very kind and explained clearly everything to us. Unfortunately they sent my wife's medical orders to the wrong pharmacy. It was a nightmare because by the time I arrived to our pharmacy Walgreen) I was informed that they had no medical orders for my wife. The medical orders never arrived, they were sent to a CVS pharmacy that was already closed. It took me considerable time to travel a couple of miles to a CVS pharmacy that was open 24 hours. Fortunately at last I was able to get my wife's medications but not with all the inconveniences I went through. This NEVER should have happened.

Professional and Courteous staff. I was acknowledged and warmly greeted as soon as I walked in. Prompt and orderly service. A placement number was given to the each patient. Caring and sympathetic. I was explained every step, from the waiting to the test and procedure. Pandemic HEROS!
