Very nice staff. Was very busy but front desk was professional and courteous. Medical staff listened carefully and was supportive. Excellent care.

The staff was wonderful, short wait time, the doctor was very informed and had a comforting way about him. I felt very confident in his diagnosis and his ability to explain everything. Great experience under the circumstances.

The nurse was wonderful. I wish I got her name…she was the one working on Saturday March 5 around 11am when we got there. She put my daughter at ease and was so friendly and accommodating and got us in pretty quick, We saw Dr.Smart who was also wonderful. She took the time to talk to me and my daughter and listened and took great care of us. She made my daughter (who is petrified of going to the dr) feel calm and happy. The whole experience was great. Because of the recommendation of the dr, my daughter is feeling great and back to her normal self! Everyone there was friendly, fast, and wonderful! I’m so grateful for the amazing experience we had there! Highly recommend! Thank you!

I’ve been to multiple urgent care centers throughout Miami, and other states and this is the absolute best service I’ve gotten from any. The front desk was attentive and transparent about wait times. And the nurse that attended me was super caring and paid close attention to my specific concerns and pain. I felt heard and acknowledged, which didn’t really happen at other urgent care places. Highly recommend.

Although they couldn’t technically see me because my symptoms needing scanning, but they were very helpful and honestly and sent me in the right direction!

Me and my husband were on vacation in Florida when I was struck by a sudden UTI. I was doubled over in pain and it hurt to sit. We found the closest urgent care that my insurance took and they were fabulous! Very friendly snd very efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is visiting or a local.
