Everyone was kind, professional and thorough. The facility was clean and COVID compliant. I was very happy to be cared for there.

This inflation/recession is real.. only two workers a front desk clerk. There are few staff in the back including doctor.. they handle everything with Care very professional the wait was long but the customer service was great. Very customer service friendly. I would recommend others.

All staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. It was fast and easy.

The MD there was a good diagnostic MD. Nurses were nice. Since it was my hand it didn't take an hour. Another day was different busy it took an hour to check in and the wait would have been 2 hours.

The office staff was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. The medical technician was very professional. The woman doctor really knew her stuff and wanted to ensure all my questions were answered concerning the diagnosis and the medication. Everyone made me feel very comfortable.

HAPPY HAPPY to find this place! In need of care for poked eyeball due to yard work, Walgreens @ Kendall / 167 Av suggested urgent care on Miller and 140 (?), except I recalled something much closer to home @ 33196. Super nice young lady and guy at admission (while I was freaking out and probably not the coolest patient). Dr. Nasiff was awesome and wonderful. I will always come here if ever again needed (hopefully not needed). Thank you all who attended
