I have been at this facility before and honestly my last experience was lacking. I even considered going to another walk in clinic. I am glad that I didn’t. My concerns were addressed in a very professional manner.

My experience at MD Now Urgent Care at Federal Hwy. Ft. Lauderdale, today was exceptionally higher than I expected. Everyone from the receptionist, to the medical attendant, and especially the doctor was extremely excellent. The doctor explained everything about my condition, and recommended a Covid test which was performed by the medical assistant. I felt so cared for, and truly listened to. This was a great experience for me, and I will be a repete patient if needed. I recommend this place for anyone who needs to be seen but can't get to their regular doctor.

(she went to get me at the parking lot) I left because was too scared to get my 3er shoot after 2 very painfull ones. By the time I was getting to the pharmacy my daughter told me that I was already looking better and God knows I was in a really bad shape when I got to the urgent care. I have never had a better experience at any minute clinic. I came in with what I suspected to be strep throat traveling from out of state. The waiting room was exceptionally comfortable and clean; it rivals the most upscale medical office I had ever been to. But even more impressive was the speed, thoroughness, and efficiency. I had barely submitted my e-forms when I was called back to an exam room. The initial screen was thorough, but focused on strep throat. Indeed, they brought a strep test with them and started running it even before the doctor came in, which was barely a few minutes after the screen concluded. With the test results available after the doctor arrived, after the doctor completed her assessment, I was on my way out the door with a prescription called ahead to a local Publix. Total time was less than 30 minutes! Unheard of!

Extremely clean and comfortable environment, staff very friendly, I'm very scared when it comes to doctors visits but I felt really comfortable there.

I have gone to this location several times. The staff is friendly, caring and very professional. I am always taken on time for my appointments as well.

Last evening August 6 was my second swab test at MD now prosperity x PGA, I’m doing it again because my first experience 10 days ago was excellent and again last night it too was excellent. The three people there 10 days ago versus last night were totally different and it is obvious that management is in full control to make sure that the patients are treated properly, bravo, thank you very much MD Now! -EC

Everyone at this location is friendly and welcoming. Each visit is efficient and effective. When you need urgent care, MD NOW on Hallandale is the place to go!
