Staff is courteous , they explain everything , answer all questions with a professional attitude . Highly recommend

Despite being sick, the staff here made me feel so much better. Gave me Tylenol immediately to reduce my fever and help me stop shivering. Front of house staff, doctor and check out staff were awesome, friendly and as accommodating as they could be although they had a waiting room full of patients. Thanks again!

I had to visit this urgent care due to an unruly fever. The staff that assisted me and was so pleasant and nice with my requests. They were completely understanding - nurse Matthew and nurse practitioner Christine were amazing although there were some messy issues but their attitudes did not change and they were extremely helpful. I do recommend this urgent care and those who had bad experiences try asking for the individuals above! Thank you all

I walked in and greeted abs within 10 minutes I was called in and taken care of right away. Everyone was very very nice.

The staff was all very friendly, pleasant and understanding considering the unrelenting volume of Covid testing they’re doing and the fatigue they must feel. You can book a Covid appointment online, but you can also walk in. It’s first come, first served. Without an appointment, we were still seen very quickly.

Always use MD Now Urgent care. Not only for everyday illness but when they can't diagnose you they send you to emergency room or make sure thay you see your doctor. Not only are they professional but the are caring about the results you should get from another professional that is qualified in different situations concerning your health. I recommend them highly.

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE TODAY AND THEY FIXED ME! From the start I was heard and the front desk was compassionate about my issue ( that means a lot when you’re medically compromised). Check in was a breeze. I saw RONICA, an amazing nurse who was professional and sweet and took her time with me until my issue was COMPLETELY resolved! My doctor was right there to check and make sure before I left my concern was addressed. I just can’t say enough good things about the care that was delivered. Thank you so much!!! We were there shortly after opening with about 10-12 people ahead of us and many more just kept coming after. Everyone from the front desk to the nurse and doctor were all very kind, professional and efficient. We were in and done in a total of an hour and a half, which we thought wasn’t bad considering the volume of people.
