Reception, nurse, and dr were great! Wait was not long at all. If in the future I need to go back to an Urgent Care, I would go back to this specific location.

I was so impressed with this MD Now. From the check-in process, to the medical assistant to the physician and check out it was all exceptional. Dr. Vo gave me plenty of time and was very thorough. I spent my entire career in healthcare and am usually hypercritical of health care in Florida. Today's experience has made me realize it IS possible to obtain good care here. I highly recommend this location!

They were overwhelmed with patients needing covid tests. They took care of everyone as quickly and efficiently as a well oiled machine. Was a great experience. Staff was patient, friendly, and helpful!

Anytime, someone is going to an Urgent Care it usually means the person is not feeling well. So they might be scared, irritable, and feeling low. It is most important for the people working at Urgent Care facilities, all medical facilities, to recognize that people need courtesy, patience & compassion. The staff was great!! They all greeted me and got my paperwork done quickly. The Doctor I was seen by was so nice and cared about what was going on he asked all my symptoms and made sure proper testing was done!! 10/10 recommend MD urgent care as they take you and symptoms seriously and do not just brush you off.
