I needed a covid 19 test before a procedure at my doctor... The facility was clean and the actual swabbing of my nose was painless... Excellent facility and staff

From the moment I walked in the two young ladies at the front desk were very helpful and polite . I never got their names but they were awesome . The nurse who took me in the room was very professional. The PA Leeann was wonderful and very helpful. The nurse who did my Covid testing was sweet and gentle . I was down here from Ny and needed to see someone for back spasms and annoying dry cough . I can’t thank them enough . Please skip the Drs office head here . Thank You back spasm patient

From the moment I entered the doors I felt the sense of welcoming. I arrived at the location in Hollywood FL on State Rd 7 about 7:50pm not knowing they close at 8pm. I was feeling very sick and yet they still stayed a little after hours to see me.. I felt so special. My first point of contact was with Miracle Evans at the front Desk and what a pleasant soul was she. Then Lord and behold out comes a sweet spirit Novalette who took my vitals and got me setup in a room quickly to see the Wonderful Dr. Sanchez Fransico who diagnosed me gave me my prescriptions to get me on my way. Last but not least a Caring Medical Assistant Tanna gave me a few boxes of Cēpacol for my sore throat which works very well for me.. Remind you this was my first time here and everyone, the team made me feel like I’ve been going there forever. I will definitely recommend anyone to this facility which is my new FAMILY! Dr. Sanchez, Miracle, Novalette and Tanna, I thank each and everyone of you for your loving caring hearts and taking the time to see me to help me feel better.. You all ROCK!

My first experience here on Tuesday Oct. 27, 2020. I was seen by Dr. Francisco Sanchez was very professional, very comfortable to talk to and I highly recommend him, I'll be recommending. I also spoke over with Candace over the phone, who gave great customer service, her professionalism was superb and she did a great job, her patience and attention is appreciated, I'll be recommending Candace. Today as of Tues. Nov. 2, 2020 around 4:40PM I spoke to Maynahica over the phone and also was great with her welcoming attitude, her way of communicating made me feel confident and content with her work to come back for a follow up. I also can't forgot about nurse Stephanie she was so wonderful and was very quick to take me to the doctor's. Thank you soo much everyone who took care of me at Md Now urgent care.
