Quick and painless. I made an appointment online, went there, checked in and waited about 20 mins. I noticed they used a disinfectant wipe on the iPad I used to quick in. The PCR test and doctors examine took 2 minutes. The whole process was under 30 mins. Will use again.
Yes they are friendly and caring - considering the numbers of patients they see per day.
