MD NOW staff is extremely friendly, efficient and their extended hours of operation made it easy to quickly complete medical tests In less than an hour on a Sunday! The office maintained strict distancing protocol and everything was extremely sterile which made me feel safe! Thank you for making this process easy!

Every thing was nice and clean staff were efficient and friendly..felt right at home..i called a fews places before i decided which urgent care to go and it was the warmth and politeness in the gentleman's voice of whom i spoke with initially(reception area),why i went and i was not disappointed.thanks guys! Camila is the young lady who checked me in. She was so sweet, friendly & professional. While I was waiting there was another patient who came in being very rude and wanted what she wanted. She was being disrespectful & absurd to a point that the police had to be called. The ENTIRE time the woman was behaving irrational Camila remained calm and professional. The doc who was there also came out to the front to help the situation and still the crazy lady wanted what she wanted. The entire staff was clearly overwhelmed with a lot of patients. Essence also handled a w customer good as well. It’s holiday season and a lot of PCP are out but we count on MD Now to be here in our time of need and they were for me. I’m grateful for their kindness and availability. By the way, this isn’t my first time at this location. They’re always friendly & helpful.

I had ran out of medicine and needed desperately. (antidepressants).. My PCP for some reason quit the practice without warning. And I needed medicine. They were friendly and caring and sent a prescription to Pubix for me.. I am so thankful
