I went for a Covid test. The facility was very clean and the staff was very kind and friendly and professional. Would definitely go there again and recommend to anyone

Very quick service

I had a very smooth, and cordial experience at this location. I expected to have a long wait, but I was in and out in no time. Everyone was courteous, and that is all I need from anyone customer service.

After work because I had trouble with my right foot and didn't know what was bothering it, I went in at 5.there was a very nice lady at the desk who took my insurance information I was admitted. I was in and out in an hour and 50 minutes. The doctor looked at my foot told me what he thought it might be. I had X-rays there and he gave me the results of the X-ray and that was it. Now I know what is wrong with my foot. I like MD now because I went in there I had somebody look at my foot I had X-rays. it was all done in the same place without me having to waste one day going to the doctor and one day going to get X-rays and then another day having to go back to the doctor so he can explain what is wrong with my foot. This place is just perfect for a busy professional like me. It is also very clean.

Not a patient of MD Now, but a walk-in for a PCR test. The intake process was smooth and professional. The test itself was handled with efficiency. Don’t live in Miami, but if I did, I’d make MD Now my urgent care provider.

I wish I could give more stars. I went in last Friday literally as they were closing the office. I really didn't want to spend a miserable night in the ER as I had an early flight the next morning, and I was hoping they could help. I was honestly expecting for them to tell me they were done seeing patients and to basically get lost, but they took me and were just the nicest, caring people, even though I caused them to stay late on a Friday night. This is a big thank you to Christine, Whitney, Benson and Anthony for showing care and concern when all you probably wanted to do was go home after a long day at work. You all went the extra mile and made me feel so much better. I made my flight the next day and feel 100% back to normal now. Seriously, thank you!

Quick, friendly and professional!

I am visiting from the Seattle area. The receptionist took time to contact my insurance in Washington state which was so helpful and kind. The Dr has great bedside manner and was very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend!
