We came in the office ten minutes before closing time for my sister's chronic cough. The staff was very helpful and took care of my sister within thirty minutes we were on our way home. We have been here several times in the past and always had a good turn around time of our visit.

While traveling for work this week it became clear I’d need to have an inner-ear pain looked at before getting on an airplane for home. I stopped by MD Now with low expectations, based on previous medical office visits while away from home, and those expectations were not met. The front desk gal, I interacted with, was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The PA that worked with me was efficient, quick and professional. The wait, I’ll never understand the wait between the PA and the Doc visit, but I’ve also learned I don’t know what I don’t know and everybody job has more to it than what I see from my soft waiting chair. Anyway, the Doc was solid, again quick, professional and efficient. He took the time to be sure he had the information necessary and they all worked to be my script would go to a pharmacy near my hotel. In short - good people, clean organized office, great job.

We were very pl asked with the thoroughness and thoughtfulness of all the staff from MD to medical assistance and Byron all was done well. New to area with no recommendations which we rely on heavily for medical we just decided we could give it a try and I’m so glad we do d.

[Pre-employment drug exam] Didn't wait long, staff explained how the process goes in detail (including specific dates), and the process was extremely systematic (cautions in sample ID tagging, information triple checks etc). Overall a great experience even though it was a simple urine test

Probably the best Urgent Care in Miami! very professional staff, doctors are great, they take the time to listen you your concerns. I am usually in and out within one hour.
