I called to make appointment for COVID testing for my family and they had availability the same day. We walked in and didn’t wait at all, everyone was so welcoming and warm from the front desk to the nurses and doctors. My 5 year old felt very comfortable doing the COVID test. I wish to compliment the staff at the office located at 195 N. Federal Hgwy, Ft. Lauderdale, in particular Ha'ani S. and Samanta C. for going beyond the call of duty to expedite my pre-op clearance for an emergency eye surgery. If they were not persistent in their efforts and that of their medical coordinator, I very likely would not have had the surgery to save my sight in the affected eye. I live in St. Thomas and the urgency of the matter was paramount. I would also like to thank the nurse on duty (Eboni?) for her words of encouragement. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Doctor Michel granado is truly one of the best doctors I had the pleasure of encountering. I was here yesterday and the service Michel provided to me does not even compare to the service I got yesterday when he was not there. This man truly cares about helping people THANK YOU Michel!!!!!
