Wasn’t sure what to expect my first time at an urgent care center. The girls at the front were awesome my triage nurse was very friendly and not rush such a sensitive issue these days. The PA was very helpful and answered all my questions. Hopefully I don’t need them again but if I do they’re going to be the first I go to.

Doctor & staff quite competent & cheerful. I trust them completely with my medical needs.

MD Now Dadeland is a great urgent care facility, the staff are professional and very kind, polite, and courteous.. The Dr. was every so sweet, kind and pleasant with my mom, who has been diagnosed with beginning Alzheimer’s. I love the way she took care of my mom.

Ladies at the front desk were wonderful. Polite and very professional. Dr. was unbelievably thorough. I had stepped on something (splinter) that was very deep actually a puncture wound and at home removal seemed incomplete. Dr. wanted to be certain everything was removed as pain was present. Ordered x-ray which confirmed some fragment remained and he proceeded to remove whatever little particle remained in my foot Thank you Dr. Flitter (so sorry if misspelled or name is not correctly stated). I couldn't believe how much concern and attention you gave to making sure that whatever was wrong - no matter how insignificant you certainly were going to make sure no more pain or infection. Amazing ppl there ,very courteous.The drs took time to explain everything .You have to wait alittle ,but that the new norm everywhere.

This place honestly has the most friendly staff. I’m not from Miami I’m from Ma, I was super nervous to go in but all the ladies from the receptionists to the nurse to the doc Maria all super friendly and compassionate made me feel really comfortable and the process super easy. I have zero tolerance for pain and I’m a huge baby but that did not stop them from walking me through everything and taking there time. Thank you all truly from the bottom of my heart we need more people in this world like these wonderful ladies.

Wow am I in the same urgent care clinic that I been using since 2006. Something happen it’s much more professional and better customer service. My PA C Jessica, treated me like a patient and not a number. I was also impressed with my MA and the whole medical staff. Keep up the good work.
