What a life saver! I tried to make an appointment with the Doctor listed on my insurance card, but the first available time was in more than 2 weeks! I was feeling flu’ish, but wasn’t sure what it was exactly, and a friend told me to go to MD Now because they accept most insurance plans and they don’t require an appointment. So I walked in to the MD Now near my home and was seen immediately. The Medical Assistant, and Doctor spent quality time with me, diagnosed my problem, thankfully it wasn’t COVID, and gave me a prescription for treatment. Now I’m home, pain free and the visit was covered by my insurance plan! I give MD Now 5 stars!

The service that I received at MD Now urgent care in Miami Lakes, has been the best and that's an understatement! From being assisted in the front lobby by the customer service reps, medical assistance, and the doctor was nothing less than excellentI just want everyone to know that I am not getting paid for these compliments it is the God honest truth.

Staff is friendly and very patient. It was extremely busy and some people were not nice. The staff kept their cool

I visited MD Now Urgent Care for a cut on my finger... I have to say that the experience was SUPERB. I have never be treated better at any care facility in my life. I want to give a special thanks to Dr. Nazien Parsaei. She was extraordinary, a true and knowledgeable professional. She personally tended to my cut with tender loving care and made sure I felt no pain. She went further to discuss other possible medical needs and advise. The receptionist Alexandra was very friendly and helpful. The staff of nurses, Deborah and Kanitha were extremely nice and very professional also, they took very good care of me.

Had a great experience. The staff and doctors were very respectful and thorough.

I when in very fast, the staff and the doctor was excellent..if I’m ever sick again and I can’t an appointment from my primary care doctor, I will be back .. cause that was the case . Can’t get a appointment from my own doctor until Monday are they for real ., anyway the experience there was good ..
